Re: Rate Limit Logging?

When you do rate limiting then it is applied. No questions asked. To my knowledge, there is no log for that. Its just netfilter doing its job.

Re: GeoIP List-Update

As far as I know, IPFire uses universal database format for GeoIP. http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/ . You can grab and untar and place it yourself in your appliance. I didnt pay attention to its updates because whenever i needed that feature, it worked for me flawlessly so I assumed it w...

Re: openvpn doesnt work for ios9

You have to set an Option of "redirect gateway" under OpenVPN user settings mate. Then it will do what you expect.

Re: Port Forward Across IPSec Tunnel?

Hi there, I don't run IPSec but i tried it on OpenVPN for you which is about the same. What i did was create a rule first to allow all traffic from ANY to OpenVPN subnet IP and from OpenVPN IP to ANY. Then i created a DNAT rule from ANY - Red0 - Destination OpenVPN IP. That did the trick. Give that ...

I can try to create a scenario at my end by finding a way for you. Can't really suggest something theoretically .

Re: Port Forward Across IPSec Tunnel?

Sorry, LC, I'm moving a little slowly, I guess, as I'm not fully grasping what you're proposing. Can you elaborate? Tom Sorry for not being very clear. Well since IPsec network is a completely different network and within the physical one, what i suggested was to create a SNAT rule first from the p...

Re: Port Forward Across IPSec Tunnel?

Indeed its an odd one. What i can think of at the moment is to create two rules.

1. DNAT & SNAT rule for red0
2. DNAT for IPSec IP via red0.

Give it a try perhaps?
