Re: NATing External IP to Internal server for FTP

Hi irdf84.

Is more easy.

Frist, you need create one object in "Firewall -> Firewall Groups -> Hosts":
FTP01.jpg
After, you need create the rule to allow communication:
FTP02.jpg
Try, hope this can help you.

Bye.

Re: Freedns Update Problem

Good morning BeFore. I, to solve this problem from an SSH console, I execute: ddns -d update-all --force Once executed, it should be fixed. Before, I also had these problems with the Dynamic DNS, until I do not remember who from the forum advised me to switch to "desec.io" that works really well and...

Re: WUI not showing Guardian blocked hosts

Hello everyone. It works. But ....... does not improve the flags and colours: Con flags.jpg To me, in particular, I find it very comfortable at a glance to know the provenances of blocked IPs. But ...... I already have the solution. I have already corrected/modified the file "guardian.cgi" to make i...

¡Muy buenas tardes ummeegge!. ¿Estás aprendiendo Español?. A mí ya me gustaría aprender Alemán... pero... me parece muy complicado :-[ This works very well. At first working. Is very easy to install thanks your script. What I miss a bit, is information related to security. For example, Virus Detecti...

Re: Rückmeldung zum Testing von Core 111

Sorry to write in English, but unfortunately, I do not know German. The problem that I have detected in Core 111 is that the blocked hosts are not displayed in the Guardian addon in a fresh installation. If before they were shown in previous versions and updated to 111 works, but if a clean installa...

Re: WUI not showing Guardian blocked hosts

Hi. I have done a clean installation of Core Update 111 and I do not see the hosts locked in the Guardian addon: Guardian Issue 01.jpg The IDS module works fine: Guardian Issue 02.jpg And in IPTABLES the blocked hosts appear: Guardian Issue 03.jpg But the problem is that they do not appear in the GU...

Re: ipfire-2-19-core-update-111 and IDS not appearing to function

Hi freddofrog. Is very strange. To my, works very fine (I have 111 core update). Access via SSH using WinSCP or similar and look at the "/var/log" and copy the "messages" file to the computer desktop and edit it with Notepad++. Here the error will appear. Look at it and post it so we can help you. T...

Hi ceehota1a.

This bug solves with 111 core update.

You can probe with version available for testing or wait to release of 111 core update.

Re: SSH port firewall rules

Good morning Alorotom. It can. If two servers service the same port, tell SSH on 22, you can not expect that you can access by cloning the rule for one. There must be some difference for IPFire to differentiate between one and the other. For example, Server 1, as Source Port you put 64000 and as Des...

Re: SSH port firewall rules

Good afternoon Szafran and Deepcuts. What Deepcuts tells you is correct, but independently, according to rules 17 and 18, 18 will never be fulfilled. Thinks that the Firewall is a device "dumb", since it does not consider the reason of the rules. In the Firewall, the rules are executed with an order...
