[Suggestion] OpenVPN with Google Authenticator

Post by gamuholic » April 29th, 2013, 5:32 pm

Would it be possible to add Google Authenticator support to the OpenVPN implementation? I have seen patches that add this to Debian based machines, but I'm not sure how difficult this would be on IPFire.

I compiled the package for i586 system.
I tested the package on IPFire 2.13 Core 75 and work!

You can download the file here: http://www.homelab.it/index.php/2014/03/10/libpam-google-authenticator-ipfire-2-x-pack/

The instructions are in italian but simple!
For pam+openvpn configuration you can send me a messagge (
I'm writing an article on my blog!).

I second this request.  What would it take to get this on the development agenda?  Thanks in advance!

I have IPFIRE 219 running is this download still applicable?
Any news on the 64bit version?
