hello,
what is this archive that is broken ?

[root@ipfire pakfire]# gpg --import ipfire-pgp-key.txt

Have you enough free diskspace on /var and / ?

well it is probably something like that but how to fix ?
is there stuff I can delete or is it possible to expand or is better download iso and start again ?

You can try to change the partitions with a live cd with gparted. (suggested sizes are 128MB Boot, at least 3GB / )

If you have installed the 32bit Version and you CPU is 64bit capable you should reinstall https://planet.ipfire.org/post/protect- ... -on-64-bit

Yeah to download straight from the server, the key fingerprint is different to what I posted above. Its currently,

gpg --homedir /opt/pakfire/ --keyserver pgp.ipfire.org --always-trust --status-fd 2 --recv-key "3ECA8AA4478208B924BB96206FEF7A8ED713594B"

Providing you have enough diskspace, have you tried clearing /opt/pakfire/tmp and /opt/pakfire/cache ?
Fixed it for me once when it seemed to try and install an incomplete file.
