Hi guys, sorry form my english ......
i am new about VPN, this is my first try,
I have two site connected with 2 IPFIRE OPENVPN

Site A

RED
ip address: pubblic ip address
GREEN
Ip Address: 192.168.1.0/24
gateway:192.168.1.1
subnet: 255.255.255.0
OpenVPN subnet: 10.10.1.0/255.255.255.0
ipFire address: 192.168.1.38 (yes, it isn't the defaulf gateway of the site A LAN)

Site B

RED
ip address: pubblic ip address
GREEN
Ip Address: 192.168.3.0/24
gateway:192.168.3.1
subnet: 255.255.255.0
OpenVPN subnet: 10.10.1.0/255.255.255.0
ipFire address:192.168.3.1 (the ipfire matchs with the dafault Site B LAN gateway)

the VPN works fine .... but

problem:
Only if i change the default gateway in the clients of the site A with the ipfire's ip address are visible from the clients of the Site B Lan and see them

Thanks

You have a routing problem.
Your default gateway on site A doesn't know the route to Site B.
On your default gateway 192.168.1.1 create a route to 192.168.3.0/24 via 192.168.1.38.

Don't know the OS of your default gateway on site A, but if it's Windows then it's something like:
route -p add 192.168.3.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.38
