I recently purchased an espressobin (, and I am interested in running IPfire on the device. Has anyone here attempted this, or been successful at it?

Did you have any success? I'm shopping for new firewall hardware and am wondering if I should add espressobin to the list.

you might try the upcoming next branch as soon as Arne has merged the new kernel 4.14 into it. That should have better support for ARM boards.

But I have to warn you, that we (the developers) have decided to not add any more support for ARM boards since only a few people use each of those and it takes weeks to get them working and a lot of time to keep everything running with each update. So please help us adding that support or buy hardware that is supported already.
