I have a 3ware 2-port raid controller in a system setup with raid-1.
I can get the hard drive S.M.A.R.T. info via the following shell commands:
Code: Select all
smartctl -a -d 3ware,0 /dev/twa0
smartctl -a -d 3ware,1 /dev/twa0
Is there a configuration change needed to get the S.M.A.R.T. info from the WUI?
Currently the WUI shows the follwing when I click on the S.M.A.R.T. Info button.
smartctl 6.6 2017-11-05 r4594 [x86_64-linux-4.14.86-ipfire] (IPFire 2.21)

Smartctl open device: /dev/sda failed: AMCC/3ware controller please try adding '-d 3ware N'
you may need to replace /dev/sda with /dev/twlN /dev/twaN or /dev/tweN

There is no function in the webif to ask a different device to get the s.m.a.r.t data from a drive.
